RT9059 是一款高性能的正電壓輸出線性穩壓器，適用於最大負載電流達 3A 而輸入電壓又很低並且輸入、輸出壓差也極低的應用。 它在 VDD 電壓為 3V、可調輸出電壓最低達 0.8V 時的 VIN 輸入電壓最低可至 1V。由於 RT9059 擁有超低輸入、輸出壓差的特性，非常適合使用在輸出電壓非常接近輸入電壓的應用中。它還具有使能控制引腳，關機狀態下的電流消耗可達極低水準，幾乎沒有任何功率損耗。它在整個輸入、輸出和工作溫度範圍內都能提供卓越的電壓調節性能，其 Power Good 信號輸出端可在輸出電壓達到額定電壓的 90% 以上時發出輸出正常的信號。
